Do people really believe her when she says she is in a calorie deficit? Like, how? She's eaten out 3 times and has had wine with her meals. My fiends calorie count to a better degree than me and even they put a lb on some weeks when they've stuck to their calories. There is no way she is in a calorie deficit. no way

It's a bloody joke. I am trying to shift some lockdown lard and my nutra check says to lose 1st 6lbs I need to be on 1200 kcals a day. It's not much. I'm vegan and it's still not much! I also go to the gym 3x per week and swim 3x per week. I am enjoying it but you have to be disciplined and consistent. There is no way Truff will be losing whilst eating all that! No effing way. She says she's lost a couple of stone but I seriously doubt it. Nobody minds her size. No one minds that she eats. What I do mind is the dishonesty and the misinformation. She is so triggering on so many levels to so many people. She's clearly now trying to make herself out to be some kind of 'wellness guru' now as well as boss momma CEO of no one, super mum, weaning/parenting expert, mental health advocate and potential TV cook. Just one question though Truff. If you're so smart, why aren't you rich?
