I’d steer clear of Innocent smoothies. They’re low kcal but are full of sugar. Better sticking to green based juices with less sugar

Has anyone done one?

I don’t want to do it for weight loss, I know we don’t need detoxes as our bodies do it naturally, I’m just interested in them because life has been so hectic recently and I haven’t been making the best decisions food wise. Starting to feel sluggish and like I don’t really recognise when I’m truly hungry anymore, so thought it would be a good idea to reset using a juice cleanse.

currently thinking of doing a 2 day cleanse from Presscription! https://www.presscription.co.uk/collections/cleanses/products/signature-cleanse

Also press which is cheaper.

Not the exact same thing but you could do your own supermarket version using the innocent smoothies/ supermarket 100% juices having a salad for lunch etc.

There’s a few cold press brands on the planet organic website too.

Not done one but I know people that have. You could get similar effects buy eating better for a few days then you still get food 😊
