In the UK our right to free speech is protected by Article 10 of the Human Rights Act. This entitles us to freedom of expression without state interference. This includes unpopular opinions, controversial views or opinions of public entities (this includes people who put their lives online). This does not mean we are protected from consequences of said 'free speech', it does, however, (and crucially) also entitle us to privacy.

Therefore, on gossip sites like Tattle where we are discussing things that people put online (the rule being someone has to have more than 10k followers), press interviews, television appearances, podcasts etc. Everything that is discussed here is either information that Jodie herself has released and has either been shared on her blog, tiktok or from published sources about her crimes.

We would have nothing to discuss if she did not cultivate her own following and keep talking about things publicly. So it goes two ways.

Therefore, because we have not breached or threatened national security, economic security of this country, incited violence or genocide, nor have we committed any hate crimes, our privacy will continue to be protected and freedom of expression will continue because we are doing nothing but the equivalent of chatting on the bus or round the water cooler, just on an online forum

It also mentions that she stole a further £500 from another two seperate accounts. She's awful! Wonder why she's never mentioned that part eh!

The absolute irony of whining about me "hiding behind an anonymous account" when not only did she do the exact same thing, but took it a step further. Hiding behind an 85 year old man, manipulating him, gaining his trust, and then robbing him blind for tens of thousands. Vile doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I must have really gotten under her skin. Screeching about me being obsessed, yet frantically Googling my username, scouring every corner of the internet just to see where else I have commented. Even lying to her little audience, claiming I started a thread about Ant and Dec(?) when I have literally posted once in it. Tell me she doesn’t understand how Tattle works without telling me. She’s honestly starting to get on my last nerve now by constantly spinning this narrative that she doesn’t care about people's opinions on her, she cares about the so called lies. She cares about the fact people have allegedly contacted social services. She cares that people are supposedly trying to find out where she lives?!

I can say with full confidence, I’ve never contacted social services about her. I’ve never gone digging for her address. I don't take things off tattle and I wouldn't ever. And I’ve certainly not lied about her. Saying she used cocaine in the past isn’t defamation, it’s a fact, unless she’s denying ever using it? The only difference is whether she’s still using. And if she isn't, then fair enough. But its her past, and she clearly doesn’t like being reminded of it, nor being in control of who's sharing her past

She needs to remember she's willingly thrown herself into the fire chasing tiktok fame, and now she doesn’t like the reality that comes with it. You can't beg for attention and then cry victim when people start giving you it

Meanwhile, shes now throwing money around like she’s won another 30k on jackpot joy with the endless Chinese takeaways, weekly Tesco shops that look like she’s feeding a family of twelve, Mounjaro pens, holidays, and relapsing using his card. But yeah, totally believable that they were on the breadline and needed to claim a mere 12 months ago

Either this business of his had the biggest glow up in history (which is wild considering my family have worked in that industry 15+ years and never heard of him, or the business) or they’re taking the absolute piss and fiddling the system for everything they can

She spent £600 and initially won £11k so technically she’s up by £10,400. She then lost that so she’s now spent £11k. Where does the other £14k come into it? Did she just have access to a spare £14k that was lying around?

Not 100% sure but what I got from it was that she just kept gambling to try and win back the original win of £11k by gambling more and more until she reached £25k. It did not make sense as the implication was that, exactly as you say, she just had a spare £25k lying about. However, it is a very specific amount, not £23k or £27k... a nice even rounded £25k.

I have always been of the impression that she is one of those people that doesn't have a great deal of money but loves to brag about spending. You cannot use credit cards on gambling sites / for the lottery etc so I imagine a great deal of her spending hauls are put on a credit card. However, regardless of how much money they have, if even some of what she is saying is true, then how the hell has her partner let her have access to any significant amount of money knowing she is a gambling addict.

My ex was in recovery from gambling when I met him. He didn't even have a bank card and his dad handled his finances. When we moved in together, his wages were paid into my bank account and I handled all the bills and basically had to give him spending money. He did the odd scratch card if he got a tip from work (he shouldn't but was only a fiver here and there). He never had access to any large significant amounts of money because even he admitted it would be too easy to relapse. It was quite emasculating for him to have to ask for his own money but he couldn't trust himself not to gamble given the opportunity.

Jodie is either lying about the amount of money she is spending on gambling or has a very unsupportive partner. I am inclined to think both. Wasn't it not that long ago that she did a video crying saying he was on the verge of leaving her if she gambled any more. Now he is apparently encouraging her to spend money to chase a loss. I suspect she hopes her gullible followers will set a go fund me up for her to donate towards her lost money. Wouldn't put it past her...

She hasnt done the delivery driving in ages she said in the comments recently it "wasnt fair on her kids" that she wasnt home in the evenings.
