Sorry to derail a wee bit. Is it only VIP members who have the rights to create new threads? I looked at the Tattle link in the last thread and it didn't seem particularly helpful.

I wondered if it was only VIP members too, but I could create them when I wasn't a VIP member. Hang on and I'll get a screenshot of where I go. The SOP isn't great at explaining.

I'm hoping that no news is good news. In that telling her they are granting the licence would take 2 minutes.

My guess is that if they deny her the licence they then have to explain how they reached that conclusion, and would need to list all of the evidence they used to deny her the licence. That would take ages.
