Then I assume she can use that to get up the housing list?

Does he get to keep the 3 bed house in Doncaster?
Im not sure he could afford it. I think the house rent will be around £650. He'll only be entitled to £1180 in benefits now the kids don't live there. By the time he's paid bills, food, cigarettes (and probs weed) I don't think that's enough. Guessing he'd rather live in a 1 bed flat than get a real job.

yes he will as long as he pays the rent it’s a secure tenancy so they don’t kick you out it’s like when a parents children grow up and move out and they live alone in a big 3 bed they don’t get told to move out

sadly as that’s a 3 bed house that could go to a family in need but that’s the downside to secured tenancy in social hosuing

Well hopefully as they have only just got the tenancy then it will only be probationary for the first year and they can make him move. Although I'm sure once she has a place in Liverpool he will make the

I actually hope she gets a home asap for the kids sake. They need to be in a nice home and going to school with a routine and stability & support from other adults around them asap 😔

I thought the first 12 months was an introductory tenancy before being made secure? In our local council Marshall would be downsized to a 2 bedroom property as he won’t have the boys full time… unless they say they share custody 50/50 which would be a nightmare for any routines for the boys

Video from today 5 kids across two pushchairs and go to parents for the day, ripped wallpaper on the walls and kids eating crisps off the floor. They all just look dirty and malnourished

Wander how the sisters son will cope with all the upheaval and extra chaos in his home.

When he wad up visiting them he was complaining about how loud the bous had the tablets, and Jo just totally brushed him off.
Making no attempt to lower them or remove.

How long do we give it before there’s another Go Fund Me up for furniture etc, because we all know she’s hard faced enough and her thick followers will fall for it 🙄

I saw her update last night saying she got some good news and that she won't be going in a hotel with the kids.

No idea how she does it

She ticks all of the boxes! Children with disabilities, and has now (we are led to believe) suggested she is a victim of DV. She’s so predictable and unfortunately, people keep falling for it! I know someone who wanted to move back to their home area but were told not was 6-7 year wait for local authority housing. ‘Split up’ with husband, she claimed abuse, each kept one of the children but she took the one who she gets DLA for. Hey presto, within weeks, a nice new build council property and they are working things out! It’s a scam!
