This pair are everything that’s wrong in society! No job, free housing, kids with multiple issues so a huge drain on the nhs. Make me sick!
They can barely manage with the kids they have got. That baby is never out of a pram/high chair/ play pen. Get him out on the floor to play, he is never going to crawl/sit up properly/walk at this rate.
