Yeah I can understand handing keys over at the house if they were moving in to another house and waiting on completion on the other end in the chain. But why hang around the house.
I've noticed a lot of them are calling themselves "creators" now, that takes the piss, they are sales twats.

Yes. Estate agent gives the keys to the buyer when completion is confirmed. Then any spares are left in the property. I find it really really odd that they’re sitting waiting for them.

Yeah it is actually I hadn’t even realised. I used to work in estate agents and people would drop them off as early as they could through the day so it was ready as technically it isn’t their house once they’ve completed and the money has been exchanged. I’d be like get out of my house
Maybe, maybe the buyers have nothing and just need something to sit on for a few days whilst they get themselves sorted? Obviously they don't know about her unwashed arse being on it 12+ hours a day
