I’ve fillowed James for ages he definitely cuts straight to it and love that he calls all the bullshiters out! Can’t say I’m a fan of Shona though.... Bloody love Diren cracks me up all the time! They are both doing great things for the “ fitness” on Instagram

Love this social media. He has helped really make me think about my approach to food and “dieting”.

He seems to be in a relationship with shona vertue- another fitness guru. She’s gorgeous. Not sure if they are definitely exclusive though. As far as I know they haven’t acknowledged it officially?

Any one else follow James?? Should we see him on TV? Or maybe he’ll release a book..
