I did search but couldn’t believe there’s no thread to discuss this quite frankly beautiful and extremely talented man 
Have met him IRL after seeing one of his plays and he is so lovely, very down to earth, sweet and funny.
Obviously he is in Happy Valley atm, and he is so gorgeous I find it hard to dislike his character.
Just recently seen Nowhere Special where he plays a single Dad who has terminal cancer, he does the most amazing northern Irish accent. He is just an incredible actor.
There must be many other fans of his out there?

He is a very attractive man, and a fantastic actor, plus a nice guy to boot from what I have seen of him on chat shows. But he was a bit too good looking for the part for me. I am not saying good looking blokes are never cold blooded psychos but it was a bit distracting. I can see him as James Bond for sure. He proved his fitness in the bike scene and the spider man impression in the dock!

I don’t get my knickers in a twist over many men but sweet Jesus he’s bloody beautiful! Just discovered his Insta (thank you for that post above)! I was also rooting for TLR in Happy Valley. I know, violent psychopaths shouldn’t do that to you, but

I don't think I've ever seen him in anything else (yet!) so I only have TLR opinions for now. The S2 skinhead look was not it but S3 escaping court in the suit and the blue hoodie

Loads of things. It was his friend doing the interviewing so it was quite informal and more of a chat than a constant stream of questions.
Too much to remember really, he sometimes prefers playing the villain than the good guy. He was initially considered as Willem rather than Jude in A Little Life. There are still plans that maybe thar will go to New York. He's happy with his level of fame - he wouldn't want to be more famous as it brings more press interest etc and he's a bit unhappy with the paps and press at the moment as they're bothering him a bit (didn't say cos he was dating but thats what they're publishing). He talked about the panic attacks he had while doing ALL. Who he admires - actors with a level of fame but still like to take time out from films to do theatre. He would do shakespeare but didn't specify what (joked he was annoyed he's too old for Romeo now). Tommy was originally not going to be killed off in happy valley but plans changed. He has to find something to like or sympathise with characters he plays - even the evil ones. Talked briefly about not having a great time at boarding school and a lot of kids are bullied and struggle cos of that. He's going to Japan for a couple of weeks in Jan, has his flights booked but nothing else planned. When asked where he saw himself in 10 years, he wants to continue on what he's doing, happy with the projects and work he's choosing but would like to have a family.
There was a lot, it was about an hour and a half of talking and I'm sure ive missed off some really interesting stuff

I'm not 100% sure but last year it was 1st Jan to 31st Dec - I think that's a standard thing each year - so Happy Valley season 3 should fall within the eligibility window for the 2024 awards. I'd expect a nomination for Sarah Lancashire at the very least!
