The narc ex friend I've spoken about here a couple times used to do exactly the same! Big ol' attention seeking flounce, but couldn't bear the lack of attention (and not being able to keep an eye on people) that being off FB would mean . Shot himself in the foot when he unfriended me from everything in a narc rage one day, and I wouldn't accept his requests back. I'd been desperate to get him off my social media for ages but couldn't bring myself to do it and spark the rage . I was chuffed he did it in the end. Such is the pain in the arse that is handling a narc...

Chapeau for doing that. I politely set boundaries with mine because of their strange controlling behaviour, at which they had a massive tantrum and split the friendship group up. People like that are really a bit pathetic if they feel their little bit of power slipping away

The best thing about that song is how hard he tries to rhyme “store” with “orange”. Doesn’t make a bad job of it, to be fair.
