Her whole life is pretending though if you think about it. Itās just so odd for Ella, surely she wants to do better for her?!
This story, I just canāt. Children LOVE other children, they want to socialise and have friends. Canāt Lauren see this is totally normal and to be expected? That maybe she needs to sort it out and let Ella socialise and make friends that arenāt children they meet at costa or Wetherspoons
Why doesnāt Ella have crayons. Poor girl will struggle with pencils. The outfits. The lack of photos of the sperm donor. Surely youād have more around the house? The ridiculous outfits for Ella. The colouring that Lauren clearly did. Why the hell are they doing cookies on a mat on the floor in the lounge?! Home alone at 1 year old when you know Ella would have no interest whatsoever in the film - itās just so ridiculous
So bizarre! Can guarantee she didnāt make cookies on the floor it was all set up for the perfect photo op ā¦
Poor kid is just a prop. Wish sheād stick some comfy leggings on her and take her a playgroup to run around with other kids her age

Followed by photo of said house which looks like a toddler has done what a toddler does - scribbled on it for approximately 3 minutes then got bored and wandered off. An hour? Really Lauren?
Everything is a prop. All the pens and crayons and so on are clearly new and never been used before. The cookie mix and been set up on the floor and Ella allowed to prod it with a spoon briefly while photos were taken. The child only ever wears pristine clothes, most of which are only ever worn once presumably for a photo. Their pretend life is so small and so sad. If a photo appeared of them both dressed in jeans and battered fleeces, no overly done hair, no face full of make up, messing about in the park (not having a staged picnic) I think Iād do a little cheer.

If a photo could speak a thousand words, itās that heās a spare part. I would still feel sorry for him but he must realise heāll never have a future with Lauren.
