There's a lot here, but I did notice the attorney fees box was checked. She should be responsible for the cost since she's the one dragging it out and breaking the TRO right and left. Ioan shouldn't have to pay to defend himself against an abusive spouse...who actively continues to abuse him and the girls.

I follow some internet drama over a guy that lost a case in California and the fees were outrageous. If she caused it she should definitely pay her fair share.
