Just a security certificate has expired (because of incompetence), the site might be a bit wobbly for a short time.
It's like when you forget to get your MOT done and then it expires, apart from a site needs a valid cert to run

Nope, it's fine. The error means it can't verify that the site hasn't been hijacked, although it hasn't otherwise it wouldn't have your account and it's not like you give tattle any credit card details or anything.

I got a 'your connection is not private' attackers maybe trying to steal your information' warning when I tried to come on this morning.

It can take a while for records to be updated everywhere, try cleaning your cache and logging out to speed it up. Hopefully for the vast majority it's all fixed now
Turns out it wasn't totally fixed on Saturday, it should be as of now.
Sorry about the few minutes downtime last night and this morning
