Looking at their most recent statements the brand seems to be making a modest profit, but if Leanna is in receipt of any of it, it isn't Patek Phillipe money. Them Nautilus watches go for £50k - £75k each, and she's wearing three of them in one pic.
She's pictured with Audemers Piguet watches too - with diamond studded bezels.
Those watches, even for people who have that sort of money in their back pocket and are willing to spend it and more to get them, are hard to come by. There's waiting lists of years, and that's for preferred customers.
I notice that a few of the cars she's sat in, showing off these watches, you only see the steering wheel logo or maybe the lower interior, nothing above the dash. A lot of influencers will visit a car showroom, sit in the driver's seat, and snap a pic like that.
Influencers will also readily flaunt replica watches, and the very best reps cost £300 - £500. Though that said, a lot of influencers are so cheap/broke they buy the DHGate $50 shitter versions, which are frequently spotted and called-out.
