I had this at work!! Somebody after a free meal and requested we order a special bottle of champagne for her visit in exchange for "publicity " you can bet I told her where to go!! Since then though I initiated a "collaboration" with an instagram account. It was an account run by a local mum who posts about all the things happening in the area for children. We offered her a free meal and gave her a code which people could put on thier booking notes and get a free drink. It worked really well. She was so shocked to have been offered and was not entitled at all!
