Fingers crossed there's some good news!
I've found yet another wedding dress I'm in love with, so I'm thinking about getting that one as a backup. The good thing is that designer is based in NYC which will make things easier at the time.

I've now gained 4lbs as of this morning, so that's a bit of good news! I found some pistachio ice cream in M&S which sounded amazing, so I'm going to celebrate with that.

I'm so irritated right now - I ordered glasses from BlooBloom to try on, and apparently they've been delivered. Someone has signed for them in my name. But I don't have them. Nobody in our street whatsapp group is claiming to have them. If I don't return them after the five days trial, I basically get charged for each pair of the glasses - £495 in total.
I don't understand how a system has been created where anyone can just sign for a parcel pretending to be you and it counts as 'proof of delivery'. Just the other day I had this issue with Hermes. They delivered a John lewis parcel to my next door neighbours when I was standing in the living room watching out the window.

Hope someone fesses up to taking in the parcel! Can you contact BlooBloom or the delivery company and complain? I'd fight that to the hilt tbh that's a lot of money for something you didn't receive through no fault of your own!Glad they are taking care of him Penguin but it must be a worry

@Penguin86 I know it doesn't make it easier but try and take comfort in the fact that they are figuring out the cause of the problem so they can fix it properly. Hopefully he'll be as good as new in no time. My granddad said the same thing about himself for yeeeeaars - I think it's an old person thing! Or maybe a granddad thing!
@GoLibrarianPoo I haven't reached out to her just yet but I will next week definitely. And I contacted BlooBloom who are being very helpful so we'll see what happens. I'm definitely not paying that, they can take it up with Royal Mail.

Ooh I'm all excited about the dress, it's so beautiful! 
When I was looking I had no idea what I wanted and visited 4 different bridal shops. I was getting a bit because I'd found some nice dresses but nothing that really floated my boat. Then in the last place I tried there was a dress in the window and I just knew that was the one Got it for less than half price because it was the window model too - added super bonus! I've been in love with that dress for sooo long. It actually pre-dates our relationship! (Though that's not hard lol!)Oh bless him

I do love the other one too, so I'm trying to keep an open mind given that my body will be different after baby. The second one is still beautiful but it's more forgiving of a little tum

I really do recommend BlooBloom. You can pick 5 styles to try at home for free for 5 days and then send them back. And the frames are all £95 which I think is reasonable. I'm just about to get my second pair - the first have lasted me 2 years now and I'm only changing because I'm bored.
