How to bleach clothes?

I love a white T-shirt. I am a messy witch. I have a pile of white shirts with various stains on them.

I’m thinking if I bleach them, they should come up white again. The thing is, I’ve never done this before.

Anyone got any hint and tips on how to do this? Will normal thick bleach suffice?
I’ve looked online but think a bit of tried and tested recommendations would make me feel more at ease.

Thank tattlers

Dilute the bleach in a basin of cold water - I don’t measure, I just fill a basin with water and pour in the bleach!!! Mix it round and then submerge the clothes in it. Leave to soak for half hour or so. Take out, rinse the clothes in cold then warm tap water and then put into washing machine on their own on a rinse cycle then do them on a proper wash cycle with washing powder/fabric softener. 👍
Don’t use neat bleach - I’ve done it before and ended up with holes in the fabric where it’s burnt it!!!!!

Try vanish.

Is that as good as Vanish? I saw some in Home Bargains the other day but wasn't sure if it was any good.

No it’s crap and it smells like bleach in my opinion 😂 bought a bottle and saw it through to the end but went straight back to vanish the white platinum one - Keeps everything bright and doesn’t grey anything, soak anything in a basin that’s stained beforehand to remove stains 👌 can’t do my white washes without it!

Just to be clear, I’m talking about the ace for whites being crap 😂😂
