Old enough to know better or 42 as I like to call it. I don't feel my age, I always thought I'd have shit together by my 40s

29, don’t feel it at all. Feel like I’m so behind my ‘peers’ in some ways, I have kids, which many don’t yet, but I don’t own a house or have a career nor are my partner and I married (engaged for years though), I blame social media for the whole comparing myself thing and I’m spending more time away from it now because it doesn’t help anyone.

Where do i begin. The pressssssure of having my life 'sorted out' by 25 is exhausting. Some people suck.....
I think a lot of external pressure to have reached certain goals by such and such a age is often because things like a steady job with affordable housing were considered the norm.
