Multiple times a day 😂 I remember growing up in school and lots of my classmates had never heard of palmers coco butter or even moisturising. I’ll do my body once I’ve had a shower and any parts that start feel dry at any given time.

Wow I feel like such a slob after reading this thread 🥴😂
I put SPF on my face, neck, chest every morning and moisturise on a night time. I moisturise my body maybe once a year if it’s lucky 🤣 apart from when I was pregnant I did it every day - way too much effort imo 😄 x

My body only gets done when it feels or looks like it needs it. There's too much of it to do every day 🤣

I started to use moisturiser on my face when I was about 11 cos I was really into skincare and make up . I wore an spf on my face from being in my teens . Now I hardly have any wrinkles or sun damage but people think I'm much younger than I am.

I just use moisturiser on my face int the evening now. I get eczema on my legs so I put the blue nivea on them every day after a shower. I do my hands when they need it (often at the minute) ,I don't often do the rest of my body

my body only if it is dry (I guess sunscreen is not really lotion... is it). My face every now and then and my hands 10-20 times a day in winter time. I get super dry hands and even carry hand lotion in my purse.

Face - twice a day (sometimes 3 if I get dry skin)
Body - every time after a shower, so every day
Hands - every few days

I do get very dry skin though! I also go through body lotion extremely fast 😭

Face twice a day. Body I try to do every couple of days after a shower if I remember. There’s always times where I’ve already got into my pyjamas and then cba to take them off again to do it 😂

Genuine question, how do you avoid feeling ‘sticky’ after you’ve moisturised your body? This is what puts me off doing it so often
I think it depends on the moisturiser and your skin type.

To answer the thread at the same time as giving an example to answer your question: I have very dry skin. I moisturise every day after my shower in the morning, but I only use cheap £1 one from Sainsbury's and it doesn't make me feel sticky. I put it on as soon as I'm out of the shower and by the time I've brushed my teeth, moisturised my face and put on my deoderant, it doesn't feel sticky and I can put on my clothes. At night however, I use a heavy Aveeno moisturiser and it takes ages to sink in... and that's the cross I have to bear :ROFLMAO:

I honestly think it takes a lot of trial and error, unfortunately. In my many years of testing out moisturisers, I have found that E45 is pretty lightweight and sinks in easily.

Face, morning and night (except those tired nights). My body? Like @Buzzbee once in a blue moon, usually after a shower. I just forget yet have about 4 emergency bottles in my bathroom drawer ha. I'm trying to get better and my moisturizing my body.

Same. I use SPF every day on face, neck and all the exposed skin but even though I like the feeling, I can't be bothered to use moisturiser for my body every day after a shower. I moisturise my face twice daily though, as I have dry skin and it feels very tight and uncomfortable otherwise.

I do my body every day, after I shower. I keep the moisturizer in the shower so do it once the water is off. Sometimes twice a day. I live in a very dry climate.

Face, twice a day.

Hands, multiple times throughout the day.

I overheard a conversation at work and now am randomly wondering if I’m weird 😂 I only moisturise my face and hands, once a day before bed. Never anywhere else! But apparently some do their whole body after a shower? Now I feel like I’ve neglected myself haha

Face in the morning and evening (although it still looks like I’ve neglected it).

Chest, arms, elbows, knees and feet every morning after a shower (I aim for whole body but... time... and then once a week when I do my hair mask blah blah I do a proper “all over” moisturise ha.

Hands. Gosh absolute minimum is once an hour! At work I always moisturise after I wash them (Nurse, wash my hands a lot) and out of work I am and have always been very obsessed with washing my hands and then popping cream on so it’s quite a regular occurrence for me. It’s quite exhausting! 🤭
