I spend £5 a month on Fuel, £10 a month on gas, £100 a month on licenses and insurance and £50 a month on maintenance and £20 a month on WiFi, water is included in my license ... I live on a narrow boat
could you look at applying for a council/local authority property rather than a private rent? Would maybe be cheaper rent??Aww thanks! Good luck to you too. I’m still really undecided as I’m worried if I start renting I won’t be able to buy I have a 4 year old son so I’m just ready for our own space, such a tricky decision
wait... I know someone that lives on a narrowboat and I am wondering if you are them as it is not common. Yep! obviously there’s areas which will charge a lot more like but that depends on where about you’re looking to live xSorry are you saying it's 350 for a 2 bedroom house where you are??
£7 for gas oh my god, the dream!!Not in the U.K. but thought it’s be interesting for comparison (I am British so still work things out in £s).

Utility bills are crazy cheap here where I live (Belgium) and we don’t have council tax However we are taxed everywhere else.
