Long story short, we plan on selling our house this summer however have noticed that there is moisture cracks in our pebbledash/harling on our outside wall.
I’m really worried that if I leave this then it might impact our selling ability.
It’s a new build house, 12 years old so I can’t get NHBC to look at it.
Do I leave this and advertise anyway, would it put new buyers off??
Houses are selling so fast where I stay but I’m worried this would cost a big amount of my money reserved for moving.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
