Probably 12 years ago I worked for a high end shop on carnaby street London. Holly came in with her PR person and basically demanded free items. I rang our press and they agreed a limit of £250, she was not happy with that and Basically kicked off. In the end press people at head office caved and allowed her to have an unlimited budget. Much to my annoyance. Anyway, she actually spent a LARGE portion of the spend on items for her husband and kids!! Which is not the point of these things, it’s meant to showcase the product on the celebrity. she came across as a right twat and I’ve always disliked her since.

Also on a side note, we had Kanye West in the same week and he spent a fortune and PAID for everything and didn’t even ask for a discount. just goes to show the difference between a true celebrity...

Don’t be fooled by Holly. She’s rude.

HW used to get her hair coloured at the same salon as me a couple of years ago. The usual set up for celebrities in that she didn’t have to pay for anything. It never went unnoticed by staff however that she allegedly never tipped anyone, not even the young juniors washing her hair who were earning peanuts - zero. My mind was made up on her then.

If she is a user she’s not in the same league as Daniella Westbrook, her nose caved in well after she lost everything and had seemingly been using the equivalent of 2k a day!
HW might have a line here and there and go mad at weekends but it won’t be the council stuff Westbrook took.
As for Kate Moss, I’m pretty sure her nose is just fine now, so whatever damage she did was repairable.

Why are you sick of hearing about her? She started at 16, straight from school which was an average Inner City girls school and a family friend got her the job at IPC magazines. Another “friend” but more acquaintance now is Polly Graham who was one of the mirror 3am journalists and was in my class for a year at school, privileged background as she lived in streatham common area, but nothing special at school at all, unglamorous and I’ve got no idea who she’s involved with. I won’t name the Woman journo friend as much now as we’re still friendly as she fell out with a Mutual close friend who was in PR and I was also at school with.

Some of the stuff that ITV and particularly ‘This Morning’ has played part to in recent years has outright disgusted me.

I’m thinking of things like giving a platform to the P*d* dad to get his daughter back from social services only for him to later go on to murder her, desperately trying to help revive Barrymore’s career even though he still has many questions to answer to and no justice has been served for Stuart Lubbock and his family, not to mention there is no public desire for his shitty comeback!

Then there is the countless kids they have wheeled out on to the sofa and outright promoted having or beginning sex changes when they are still very much underage children.

To top it all off these two saps playing fake innocent sickly sweet personas at the forefront of it all, in the midst of some kind of absolute coverup to save Phillips skin.

It feels like some changes are coming only probably because they have to adapt as the world is rapidly changing around them but if it splits these two up and gets them off our tellys then hallelujah, at last!!

Wow hadn’t read this thread in a while and being in my late twenties I hadn’t heard of “Woman Magazine” so the poster continually referencing their woman journo friend was really starting to grind my gears

I was the original poster of the Holly off her face/drunk on the one show clip on this thread, (I think) so I definitely don’t think she’s squeaky clean. I also don’t think she has a coke habit, mildly recreational probably like most of the showbiz world but until she starts crashing her Mini Cooper and stating she has an addition to pain killers to cover it up I’ll retain this point of view. I also think we did kinda see it coming with Ant? He hadn’t looked healthy in a while up until that point - physically and somehow mentally if that makes sense? The only difference I see in Holly is that she just looks continually peeved with Phillip, which let’s face it who wouldn’t after the ridiculous farce he had her partake in!

I’m not naive I believe most of showbiz do drugs and a few will end up addicted as that’s Sod’s law - no one goes out with the intention to become addicted to a substance. So I don’t doubt this woman journo friend, I just think she’s passing on information that Hollys not as totally squeaky and clean and has taken drugs at the odd showbiz party like most celebrities have
