Omg I’ve followed HH for long time and she is racist but in a different way. She once advertised for a position at her company and stated that the woman had to be a person of colour. I pulled her up on it! I asked if the same ad was run (because I was more than qualified) and it stated that women of colour need not apply would be seen as racist??? You can’t stipulate race etc in employment. She’s always banging on about working for MAC in uk and them not catering for darker skin tones but there are also those in my experience that don’t cater for lighter as in pale. To be inclusive you need to be both ends that’s what inclusive is HH
