High Blood Pressure!

Had this taken a couple of times this week, both times very high!
I'm on 10mg of Lisinopril for bp
However, I've had slight edema in both my calfs this last week, really painful, so nurse said this could be causing it?
Not sure if the ibuprofen I've been taking will have made it as high though!
I felt fine up to this morning, but now getting worried!
Any advice welcome!

I have high blood pressure. I drink hibiscus tea. There is one called heart tea. It's supposed to lower bp. Not sure if it works, as I have never measured if after taking the tea. Might be worth a try.
