I take red clover tablets Leo, they seem to be doing the trick for me. I'm gradually tapering off my oestrogel HRT as it's not agreeing with me, and to be honest I didn't want to have to be on it in the first placeOFF topic dose eanyone know a good herbal HRT . Iv been on most of HRT of doctor’s they work for months then I start bleeding for weeks so I stop taking it .I’m up the wall with it
Il try eany thing they sat B6 to just bought them and magnesium and zinc to which help with the leg pain

Some u do bleed on but most u don’t the one I was bleeding on u shouldn’t of . Iv had tables patches and gel they all made me bleed after about being on them for over 60 months
