No, his real name is Lewis. She just thinks it’s funny. It’s not. He pretends he doesn’t want to be revealed but has no hesitation standing on a stage singing at every opportunity. They’re as bad as each other, both fame hungry.
I think it was because when she first started dating him, she didn't want him to be known as such and was going to keep their relationship quiet, not put him in the spotlight as he's shy,

I’ve seen lots of cringeworthy stories with Steph drinking and partying. Her and her mob were at Henley a few weeks back. I’d be bleeping fuming if they were sat near me with their screaming and cart wheeling. Grow the duck up. No regard for anyone but herself. Extreme narcissist with no talent. I hope Lewis sees the light one day but I doubt it as I always thought he was a bit of a social climber and let’s face it, she’s gonna inherit a chunk one day. He’s made. I’ve always thought too, looking at their body language in their pictures, she’s always turned into him and he’s usually casually stood facing forward, one hand in pocket and the other just resting on her. It’s hardly an embrace. I think she’s way more into him than he is to her. Go look on insta. A picture speaks a thousand words.

To be a full on definition of hater, I thought I would list my main annoyance with HCS:
In no particular order:
1. The American accent she puts on. She once stated it's because she watches so much TV. Also the way she says "get it" etc
2. The way she bullies Trev into being on her feed and making videos with her
3. How she preaches about helping the homeless yet lives the most incredulously privileged life. Spends at least a day a week getting a massage/spa
4. Advertises about 5 different brands a day, constantly changing her absolutely favourite skin/hair care routine
5. The fact people live in utter austerity and single Mum's with kids, or sick kids, don't get any of the free holidays etc gifted. Yet this 20 something bint gets everything handed to her. I would buy from companies if they gifted people who deserved a break, rather than this
6. That she never spills the tee with what happened with Chessie
7. How she always has a new best friend. I feel sorry for Lottie getting tossed to the side in favour of Zanna/Grace
8. Her pretend shyness about posting videos of her singing, yet did the same when she was with Luke, and used to be in a girlband
