Honestly I am already getting anxious at the thought of summer this year as I have a few events I am going to.

Try quercetin it's a natural mast cell stabilising supplement that's really good for allergies. I also use a neilmed sinus rinse after I go outside at the end of the day when there's a lot of pollen.

Touch wood I haven't noticed it bad yet this year and tree pollen is the worst for me, but last year was a nightmare with the very high levels.
