As others have said I would but only in extreme circumstances. My neighbour got reported by her other neighbour for having their son round in the first lockdown. I told her as long as they didn't parade round my house it has no impact on my life and appreciate people need to do what they have to to for their own mental health.

I wouldn't report anyone having a few family members round or having a few people over, however I have reported student properties near me having house parties with 20+ people in. Mostly so the noise would stop and I could get some sleep but also because it really annoyed me they thought they were above it and the reason we had such a spike was because of it. Police were usually there within the hour to break it up.
No. I'd never get involved. Couldn't give a damn people get up to in their homes/gardens/lives 
I’ve reported some businesses that have been open when they shouldn’t but i wouldn’t report neighbours unless it was a big gathering, even then it would only be if they made loads of noise
I wish I had reported a party that happened the weekend just gone. a woman who lives by me (our partners are military) had a birthday party on Saturday, on Sunday my husband found out that he has to self isolate for 2 weeks because a person he was away on a trip with the week before had tested positive.. low and behold, the woman’s husband who had the birthday party was also on that trip! So he technically could have the virus and could have given it to all the ppl that attended the party.
