Has a company ever sent back something you returned?

I splurged on a jacket from Net-A-Porter sale which comes with two tags, the NaP tag and the brand tag.

the NaP tag was flimsy and easily removed, the designer one was more sturdy. I removed the flimsy one but then I realised I would never wear the jacket...

Do you think they’ll send it back to me if it only has one tag left on it?

ps. It wasn’t ridiculously expensive or exciting, it was an accessible brand haha

Nope. I've removed tags before and then decided I didn't really like how it fit on me. Sent them back (with the tags, even if not attached to product) and they had no problem. This was Flannels. I'm sure they can just reattach it anyway and if you didn't keep the item for like 4 weeks then you're fine. After working in retail during uni, I know many people buy, remove tags, wear then return so if these people can get away with it then you'll be fine x

Yep.

Returned a liquid lipstick to Beauty Bay. I didn’t open it as could tell from the tube it wasn’t the colour I was expecting but they returned it saying it wasn’t in a resale-able condition 🙄

Yes! Oh Polly returned a dress I returned saying that it wasnt in the original state they sent it, it was as I had only tried it on. I emailed them but they were having none of it - they are known rip off merchants though.

I find Net-A-Porter customer service to be really good. I would just put the flimsy tag in the returns bag and say it's fallen off in transit :ROFLMAO:

Yes I've returned lots of stuff without tags. However, I used to work for a fashion brand (won't say which one) and they would always message the customer if a tag was removed or if there was an odour or make up marks on it. Most of the items got refunded as there was no way of proving it was the customer that done it as they could argue it was sent out in that condition, but it wasn't a fun task!

I’ve never bought anything from Oh Polly but I have seen a few girls on social media saying the same. I’m sure one girl said she returned a dress in perfect condition and then they sent it back to her with a stain on it that wasn’t there before!
