According to the DE here are the ‘guests’ we can look forward to seeing.…… I hardly know any of them. I wonder who she asked to be a guest and they refused - I bet the list is a long one if this is the best she could get ………

A number of Meghan’s close friends also appear, including her longtime makeup artist Daniel Martin and photographer Delfina Blaquier, wife of polo star Nacho Figueras.

The Office star Mindy Kaling also makes an appearance alongside Tracy Robbins, who is married to Paramount CEO Brian Robbins, veteran literary agent Jennifer Rudolph Walsh, Tatcha founder Vicky Tsai, former Suits star Abigail Spencer, and Alliance of Moms co-founder Kelly McKee Zajfen.

Renowned chefs and restaurateurs Roy Choi and Ramon Velazquez also star alongside farm-to-table pioneer Alice Waters, with all of them sharing their food expertise.

Alliance of Moms looks like a good charity, I have no beef with that fair play if it helps them get more donations.

Paramount CEO Brian Robbins, is interesting, he's just laid off loads of staff hasn't he. I bet all those unemployed staff will really love seeing him enjoying himself in a mansion eating lavendar decorated donuts with his fellow millionaires. Just the ticket.

Ina Garten is a lovely , warm , welcoming woman who also cooks fantastically well and has a decent work ethic… then there’s ILBW the polar opposite of that.

I think this because they have used my cartoons in some of their videos and there was one that I had only ever posted in here.
So they had to have seen it in here.

It's broadcast on youtube and radio at the same time.

Going back to the last thread there is a lot of talk of “Joy” which was a watchword of the KH campaign. America was to flourish, money would be plentiful and the whole country would be living the American dream under their administration. Given that this was filmed around the time they all headed for the stumps I honestly believe Rachel thought she was aligning with a new era for the US and so put all of her eggs in one basket. It turned out to be the wrong basket and NF is going forward with this in order to unequivocally end the contract with the unsussexfuls, with no space for argument.

also could this trailer be anymore ‘English’ it’s like MandS and John Lewis exploded in there. Floral print frocks, afternoon tea, picnics….it’s nothing! Doesn’t have its own sense of style or personality and essentially is a straight lift of Emma, MoB; Mary Berry and the POW and the POW - with and attempt at ripping of the goddess that is Ina Garten!

She’s have been better pitched at how to be sustainable and cost conscious.

Yes but she has no idea how real people live and so cost conscious to her would still be unattainable for most ordinary people. Sustainability is also out of reach for many people because most haven't got gardens to grow their own vegetables and keep bees. A trip to the nearest shop is all most people have on offer to them.

I love that the world is getting tired of preaching celebrities and nobody is interested in what the likes of Meghan have to say anymore. If you're an actor just act and keep your mouth closed about your opinions. That emaciated idiot Ariana Grande keeps going on about how her character in the Oz film is queer - nobody cares Ariana! You're putting me off watching it.

I think they've split up, she's desperately looking at making money, but hasn't got a scoobie where to start.

Why is she copying other people? After other food ideas tanked, why does she think offering a quintessential English themed cookery show, set in the bowels of the USA will work. Why doesn't anyone working with her (camera, sound, producer, director, make up artist) tell her to tie her hair back. And, even more surprisingly - Why are Netflix giving her the time of day knowing how slack she is when everything else she's tried just bombed?

Another WHY. Why isn't Charlie in gear and doing anything about his darling boy, the royal Ho, or the phantom make believe ones that he's allowed in the LOS?

I can’t bring myself to watch the trailer (and will not watch the show), but I have a feeling this is going to be the TV show version of The Cut article. Pretentious and obviously performative.

The irony is that now Meghan, who people only got to know by virtue of being married into the Royal Family, is back on Instagram the guests for the cooking show are exactly the sort who she was when she was initially on Instagram i.e. If you stop someone on the street and ask them if they know any of the above guests then chances are no one would know them. Just like, unless you were a fan of the then not-exactly-mainstream show Suits, no one knew who Meghan Markle was pre-2016/Meeting Harry.

She's had access to A lister household names like Oprah, Serena and Mariah but now it appears to be only fringe personalities/calling in a favour peeps from hereon in.
