As a Jewish woman who clearly remembers Sparry in his nazi costume, I can't take him seriously. All this "protecting" and the UK are so bad is draining. I'm currently contemplating whether to put my heating on or to wait for my son to get home from school. And I would love to get lunch delivered but it's 2 weeks until payday. There is an odd juxtaposition between, racism, the commonwealth and the H & M story!

Im not sure how they are meant to be interlinked?

Meghan is nothing at all to do with the Commonwealth, she didnt even identify as black as a child? So why are they linking this?

Racism and unconscious bias are important issues to discuss in the UK, but how do 2 people who have chosen to live in the USA contribute to this discussion? When Meghan has no knowledge or understanding of British history, or British racism? And Hazno comes from a position of privilege, and advantage.

What place does someone H, whose family has benefitted massively from riches taken from the commonweath empire, in lecturing us about it?

Good point actually, they've said its time they spoke their truth several times- can't be the case if they're 'finally' able to. Suggests what we have all known all along, they talk a lot of crap.

So the engagement interview was “rehearsed”. I work in publicity. Any publicist worth their salt will rehearse an interview with the subject. It’s literally part of our job. And this is for interviews which aren’t airing AROUND THE WORLD about MARRYING INTO THE ROYAL FAMILY.
