whew this is my first thread, so be kind. The Prince and Princess of Wales debuted in public, their first magnimonious act was to invite the Duke and Duchess of Cali on a walkabout. The reception was frosty despite the mild later summer eve.

I watched the clip and the way she was looking at a few people in that line not just the woman next to her made me think that a few things were said along that line of people. I do think the cheering that was going on was more just for William and Catherine, and given the circumstances people would not want to boo out of respect for the Queen.

The best thing that Harry could do at this point is refuse to go back to America with her when the funeral is over, announce that the marriage is over, and fight her for custody of the kids so that they can be bought up in England. It won't happen though.

Lots of outrage at the walkabout. Some seem to think it was a bad move on the part of the RF, some seem to think it was PR genius. Some seem to think it’s the beginning of the end for the monarchy.

Footage of Meghan snipping at an aide was front and centre of a clip posted by Omid scobie. The mask slipped for a split second.

Kate masterfully played the situation - backbone of steel, didn’t give either H or M an inch. The way she shut her car door is worth a thousand words. Not taking any crap at the end of the walkabout, leaving H and esp M looking very awkward indeed.

There is a blind going around that Megs has instructed friends to leak that she’s pregnant. Speculation by tattlers that this will be used to say she was forced on the walkabout despite being in the early stages of pregnancy.

M&H were not warmly welcomed, Harry communed with a dog and Meghan had to walk past many people who didn’t offer their hands.

Speculation that POW set up the walk because H&M were planning their own - in a move to ‘keep your enemies close’ it was to make sure they are kept under control and don’t go rogue. Later came out in DM that KC3 ordered it.

The whole situation has pushed some tattlers over the edge and they are done with the RF for a bit (or some forever).

Oh and Australia gets a public holiday!

A brief resume.......

An impromptu ' walkabout' was enabled ( and controlled by the Royal Family).
The Prince & Princess of Wales were exemplary, as usual- and were flooded with well-wishers from the crowds.

h & m looked like fish out of water & were being made to toe the line. A much ' cooler' reception was received by them, including comments and being ignored.

That is because they are a right pair of bleeps, obvs.
