It is a direct insult to the entire family, the "family she never had" and other excessive BS.
Why must she insult everyone?
Many other members of the family, and their children seem to be thriving. Does she think LA and all those celebrities will be so much better for her son? Besides, she, herself, is a toxic environment.
And Archie's father is a weak person who will never be able to show his son how to bear up and be strong in the face of adversity. Sickening, the whole thing.
