It is interesting in that the last we heard of him is his statement in the court case that more or less gave the win to the Megabitch. And now he is gone. I found that last minute turnaround from him very baffling. Could the Cambridge’s be cleaning house. There has been leaks, could he also been part of that. I also think that the RF will keep it as a bargaining chip. Why release it when the dimwits are doing such a bad job of rubbishing the RF. So far nothing they have said or done has really hurt the RF. All of it has backfired and in fact the popularity of the Royals are up by a big way, thanks to the dimwits. That interview was a huge error, it only made more people come to the RF defence. I think they will keep all their ammunition against the dimwits until they really do something that is threatening. But right now, the dimwits are actually helping the RF. People are so sick of their nonsense. They are so up themselves they can’t see it. They will complete the bullying investigation but the timing of releasing the results will be done at a time that gives the RF the most leverage.

Yes in general it can be terminated. But it depends how it was drafted and clauses in it. Whether it was signed in general with BP in which case termination would mean they can release anything about BP not just bullying from Meghan...
If it was done with M&H she would have to agree to termination herself..
NDAs also usually have a notice period and time after you cant disclose stuff, so even if scrapped we would have to wait couple of years to hear things

I don't think they will publish any findings unless the RF are really threatened but it's good to let Smeg know that they have all these allegations filed away and ready to be released should she start off on one.
