Thought after 60 pages she needed a new thread.
---
Another baby will make everything infinitely worse. I think she’s severely underestimating how big the jump from one child to two is, particularly in a small flat, with a checked-out spouse and no access to maternity leave.

Her income has declined significantly, so the pressure will be on Dan to be the sole financial provider. And I very much doubt she’ll be interested in dropping childcare to stay at home full time with two small kids - she likes her daytime cinema trips, restaurant lunches, massages and tennis lessons too much!

I chuckle at how at odds it all is with her feminist facade.
I just don’t know how or why they would want to bring a second child into their lives when they aren’t even content with the life they have with one child.
Even if you ignore the glaringly obvious marital issues, financial issues and personality issues. Practically That flat is too small for two small children!

It's prob just her 30s hormones and wanting another baby. You always want what you can't have. Logically it doesn't check out though and I'm sure she knows that deep down. I don't blame her for craving a sibling for Rowan but with everything she's shared another baby is not going to be a magic panacea

I have just read through the recent comments on the previous thread and have found it so interesting. You have all got it spot on that the feminism facade has shrank anyway. Her identity is so unstable tbh

This is not how you decide on becoming parents or not, is it? The decision can not and should not bei made based purely on rational factors, imo. Hannah and Dan are quite stable in many ways. If all parents were as stable as those two, there would be a lot less problems in this world.

Wish she’d do the same with herself and Dan
Same. Also, does anyone else think Hannah and Dan look like brother and sister?

She's such a narcissist, no wonder she fell in love with and married herself

He looks like an even less healthy Steve Buscemi. So lank and rheumy, like a Dickensian vagrant.

TBF to Dan, he's a manager at a tech company known for overworking their staff + Rowan still doesn't sleep through the night + Hannah wants another child. He probably doesn't have enough time or energy to also take care of himself

I am not Jewish but making a Hannukah video about ham seems a bit offensive????

I thought this too, though I understand that Hannah says she is culturally Jewish.
Yeah, still think it's weird though as the audience who search for 'vlognukkah' type videos will mainly be Jewish people who are not just 'culturally' Jewish I guess

I was baffled when I saw Phil Rosenthal eating bacon on his show. Googled it and apparently only around 20% of Jews are Kosher, so maybe Hannah's video is not that offensive to the average (not orthodox) Jews?
