Hangover food

What do you eat in the hopes it will cure all? Mine would probably be Pizza, used to be Dominos pepperoni passion but tends to by any pizza in recent years. Also a bacon sandwich can usually do the trick - a full breakfast would just seem to daunting to handle if feeling rough.

For cold food something easy like a cheese spread/crisp sandwich on soft white bread

I miss the days in my teens and early 20s when I'd have a can of coke and be sorted! My hangovers are so bad now I can't keep anything down until 8pm!
If its not too bad though I like starting with tinned pineapple then maybe some oven chips with burger sauce

My recipe that always works is homemade potato wedges and onion gravy (2 onions per serving) a few slices of crispy bacon too if I have any. Never fails!

Depends on the type of hangover lol if it’s 1 that I can just eat all day long it’ll be like a sausage sandwich with brown sauce or McDonald’s breakfast then during the day I’ll have 10000 capri suns, fridge raiders, cheese string, salt & vinegar crisps, chicken cuppa soup, pot noodle or chicken super noodles, spicy pepperoni then dinner will be a Chinese then depending what time I had the Chinese later on I might have a sandwich with mature cheese spread and cheese & onion walkers inside washed down with a coke & an orange calippo.

reading that back is absolutely disgusting 😂 🐷

Fried egg with some kind of salty cheese (usually parmesan or feta) and lots of toast. Cups of strong tea. If I'm still feeling meh, I try to get my hands on some tomato juice, I don't know why but it helps.

Yes McDonald’s always works but I’m usually (guessing) still over the limit to drive there 😩

Supernoodles with cheese on top or that cheesy pasta that comes in a red box. Works a treat for me.

Five guys, pizza or Chinese.

But tbh I do feel much better if I just eat my normal food. Getting a takeaway only prolongs the hangover I think. Yes I'm boring 😅

I can't face food at all with a hangover  I get terrible nausea, throw up every 30mins for 4-6 hours, and hangxiety/tiredness that lingers for 2 days. Only thing I can do is sleep and sip water and sugary drinks til it wears off

I seem to crave carbs and fizzy drinks - a bacon sarnie and a full fat coke used to help 😳 😂
I don’t get them so much these days, thankfully - as I’ve got older, the anxiety after a couple too many is not worth it, so I tend to hit the stop button nowadays 😝
