Morning all

Has anyone got experience of a good result in stopping further hair fall? I’m 56 and I’ve noticed my hair thinning the past few months, I can see my scalp ( I have fine hair anyway) but I’m studying it really closely and making myself a bit paranoid tbh.

I’ve looked at online solutions, I don’t have a lot of spare cash and don’t want to waste money, who does though?

I take biotin and iron supplements already , am contemplating hair gummies but there’s so many to choose from .

Have been dealing with a similar issue since perimenopause kicked in. It is expensive, however the Ketastase Genesis line has made a huge improvement in the space of couple of months. The scalp serum is incredible. I believe it should make a difference even on its own. I stopped losing handful of hair every time I brush or wash my hair within couple of weeks of using it. My hair feels thicker.

There are some travel bundles available on Lookfantatic if you want to try before committing to the full sizes. I use the matching shampoo and conditioner from the range. A little goes a long way with them. The serum will last you for about 2 months if used daily.

Thank you so much , I do love Kerastase and will definitely purchase! I saw an LED scalp mask for this very reason but it’s £650 , might put my face one in my head instead 😁

Thanks again

Look into the Nioxin 3 step system, we recommend this to clients going through chemo and have seen some great results

there's a lot of talk about pumpkin seed oil (taken orally rather than rubbed on the scalp) and how it can work to block DHT.

Swap shampoo for sls free and eat gelatine in cube Jelly form. Not the sugar free one.
Add bone broth to diet as well. Drink as a soup or pop on meals as a gravy.
Do these things regularly 3 times a week min or every other day.
Massage scalp a bit daily to give the stimulation for minimum a few mins a day watching tv.
Gelatine can ve in capsule form too and powder this can be supplemented to your diet as well.

The only things that worked for me.

Thank you for this , I’ve been tempted by bone broth before for health benefits and I’ve a scalp massager on order 👍

Please don't forget the gelatin jelly is absolutely wonderful I,have had thinking hair at the crown only for 12-15 years and the gelatin with broth was just suprising for me. I grew hair back at the crown. I massaged daily for 5 minutes or so do more if you can be bothered.

It's important o try more natural things because you can incorporate them more easy when it's food. I found the tablet route forgetful and tedious and often very expensive.

So good luck I visited a Natural health NHS specialist for that info.
Good Luck 👍 🤗

Do you mean like strawberry jelly cubes for making jelly dessert?
What a tasty remedy if so.

Yes because of the beef gelatin. It is the only thing that worked for me I did the lot.
I spent so much money on tablets, vitamins, trichology trichology treatments and that's where it helped.

I’ve got this sitting in my basket, do you use the full range, including heat protectant?

Sorry I’m confused about the gelatin. Could you share a picture of what you buy?

Bone broth

The geletin can be powder form

Remember you can add a bit of squeezed natural orange juice if you dont like it like this clear look.
get UNSWEETENED

jelly cubes you melt in hot water and drink or just make a natural jelly.

Massage your head with a massage headbrush also pressing on the head a few times a week to give your scalp some TLC. We have to stimulate that scalp and remind our body we need some blood flow here.

I hope this helps.

But these steps were the ONLY ones that worked for me in many years.
Id done it all. I'm 38 and suddenly my hair grew back where it had thinned for many years.

Remember no SLS shampoo or any natural one.

I really hope this help I promise it worked for me. I had the jelly 5 times a week or everyday.
I made up a batch for the week in a big tupperware bowl.

Eat as much as you want.
I eat it 2 or 3 times a week now. I'm scared to stop 😄 but It's easy and not expensive.

Let me know how y'all get on. I noticed my temple regrowth in about 10 days. Then the crown.

Good luck 🙏

I'm eating the jelly every other day. I am just eating a cube like a sweet, not making it up to a jelly. Perhaps it wont be enough we shall see. But I've had 6 cubes so far. I see it as tasty medicine.
Will let you know how I get on as I'm not doing the bone broth at this point.
