thanks for the new thread, god talking about her podcast, I get women tend to talk about business less than men, but this has changed a lot in the last 5 or so years, she acts as if we are in the 90s or something and she is the only female entrepeneur ever

Imagine acting all upset you’re leaving your home out of choice, when you have the money and connections to live *anywhere*. Everyone else is struggling to survive and afford their homes but it’s okay because Grace has it worse, she’s got to move into a million pound flat so she can rent her house out

It really is quite tone deaf, everyone I know who is moving at the moment is doing so because they are having to move in with parents due to financial difficulty or their landlords either raised their rent/ are selling their property.

Also Grace - boasts about employees working from hospital, boasts about how her hard working employee ‘deserves’ their annual leave, virtual signals about an employee having therapy during the working day (what a saint for doing what any decent employee would do) and potentially makes public something that was private

She still says she's vegan but she's been spotted eating meat and seafood on other people's social media.

She said tala would never offer discount or go on sale because their margins are so small and they don't want to encourage overconsumption. Now tala can be found very cheap at TK Maxx, they participate in Black Friday sales and now put their lines on sale.

She preaches sustainability but Tala is made in China, is low quality so doesn't last long and they regularly drop new lines which leads to overconsumption. She also constantly wears designer and branded clothing and shoes.

I thought our boss babe had an anal obsession with attention to detail? Then why is "rotas" capitalised and with an apostrophe? And why is every word capitalised here?

Remember, one of her productivity "tips" was using Grammarly.. x

Also, what on earth is a "good leader"? Thought she wanted to be inclusive and promote diversity & mobility - but is asking for someone who is a "good leader", what does that even mean?
