My brother cheated on his partner many times i asked him why once and he said it’s the thrill he has no connection to the person he sleeps with it’s just sex . I do Believe him when he says he loves his partner every time she finds out he is genuinely upset and always wants her back . He actually got help though for sex addiction and therapy not cHeated since we hope anyway he always tells her when he does he never hides it .
