I would like Ella to win, I find Finn and Shaun irritating but the other two guys aren’t partic good so I am resigned to the fact I’m not bothered which of the guys win but Ella for the ladies please!

I am keeping everything crossed for a live tour. It was released April last year so fingers crossed!!!

good ish show tonight, not the best and my 2 faves went out

I wonder how close the heats and then subsequent rounds are filmed. There definitely seemed to be some fatigue in tonight’s show

so gutted about today’s results - my two faves went out. I really feel that Tyler coming back with one game to go and then winning the Eliminator when it’s clear he has far less fatigue is somewhat shady. I think in good sportsmanship I would probably give it to Finn. Naomi deserved it fair and square though, sad to see Ella go

I'm guessing because the series if filmed over a few days/weeks? I'd be knackered too, but then I get tired just getting up and going to the fridge.

Gutted about Ella and Mo and I agree it’s unfair Tyler got to come in do one event and be all fresh for the eliminator

The exact same thing happened to Tyler in his quarter final and I thought it was particularly unfair then so this feels like karma to me

Tyler is my fave male contender this series, so I was glad to see him back, but it does "seem" unfair. How do you go about it if someone does get injured though? Does the non-injured contender just get a free pass to the next round? Because that also seems unfair. Its a tricky one.

Finn didn't seem on great form last night compared to his previous episodes but I wouldn't have minded if he had got through.

I was thinking that the replacement contestant could get half the points that the injured contestant had earned. It’s not perfect but it might be a bit more fair to the uninjured contestant.

Make them do all the games that the injured contestant had done, but off camera, to work out his points and wear him out a bit before the Eliminator. Sorted

I agree Tyler coming in, doing one event and then using points he didn’t earn to get a head start on the eliminator isn’t fair.
Because he’s not playing for Mo. He’s playing for himself so he shouldn’t get Mo’s points.

How did the competition element work back in the original series? We can’t remember if it was a knock out or not.

Exactly like it is now. I remember a few shows where players were injured and replaced.

My kids love Cylcone. One of the few that can back up their smach talk. She's amazing.

I agree about Cyclone - she has been an amazing addition to the female roster. Although IMO they are a pretty crap bunch of gladiators in general so wouldn’t take much to stand out

Hammer is also growing on me - they are definitely letting their personalities show more this series.

I mean...is Viper actually getting better? It would appear so! (I actually quite like Viper, I think its hilarious how he always looks like he's dying not to laugh).

Cyclone is, arguably, the best Glad out of the lot. She's a beast.

I love Cyclone. I actively cheer for her and want her to maintain her "you'll never get a tilt from Cyclone" streak.

For any Coro St fans, Comet reminds me of Shona's sister.

I think it's filmed back to back over a few weeks. We saw the 3rd QF on the Friday and they were filming the semis over the same weekend. I think they were filming 2 in one day actually, on the Saturday and the final on the Sunday. So no time to rest. We saw Mo's QF so he was probably back the next day.
