I find him attractive but I think what’s not helping as he ages is a) the hair dye (at the BAFTAs his hair was dyed dark red to play Crowley) but generally it is dyed brown - just let your grey show through David, b) his absolutely appalling makeup artist - always makes him look so orange c) the Joshua Kane peacock suits.

I think if he was more willing to age gracefully he’d look much better and probably much younger.

I used to think he was quite "twinkly", which I liked, when he was younger (though too much on the skinny side for my tastes - I like a chunky bloke), however since he got older and skinner and more and more - I dunno - sordid looking, I think he's very unattractive. Downright repulsive TBH.

The smug, holier-than-thou attitude and insufferable bromance with Michael Sheen really knocked his attractiveness down.

Objectively speaking, David isn’t a looker either and he’s getting worse as he ages. It’s only his previous roles that make him attractive.

I remember seeing someone say he looked like a frog back when it was announced he had the DW role and I can never unsee it lol.

I actually thought he was very sexy in Casanova, but that was his peak, he's declined gradually (and recently rapidly) ever since.

I think it was his doctor-y Scottish brogue and the nice suit that did something for him at the time but not a lot.

I think he was attractive around the "Single Father" era but that to be fair was more the accent for me - and he's like a lot of men that go to seed very rapidly the minute 40 hits. Georgia can drop her guard because that line of women queuing to take her place is likely to be pretty short these days.........

It is appalling that she uses her son like that. He is very young and whatever he feels, he shouldn’t be paraded on social media. There is absolu no reason for it and I am surprised DT is happy about it. DT has always been very private in the past.
