Exactly, a medically, scientifically trained Doctor, beggars belief. She has simped so hard over a man and he is destroying her reputation and possibly her career.

Frankly, I hope all the doctors and nurses who have been shown to go along with this destroy their careers and reputations. If they don't understand basic biology how can they possibly understand how to treat even the most minor of maladies? They're unfit to practice and ought to be struck off.

This is very much not the way the process works in other public sector organisations.

So Dr U offers to do obs Sandie takes him up on it which doesn't always happen but may happen if the nurse has other pressing tasks and instead of presuming the best they just decide that its hate. Wouldn't surprise me if Sandie had said she would continue the obs if that would similarly be considered hate because Dr U offered to take them over, they really had it out for her

The Dec 8th email to Bumba re: policy is so weird. I could understand requesting it when Upton first started in dept and KS discovered it didn't exist but to request it several months later and claim no events preceeded asking is just odd

Just because someone is showing their teeth, it doesn't mean they're smiling.

That can also be an aggression signal. Look at her* eyes.
