(He'll likely still be charged with other offences as he also stole from his mother and broke the terms of a protection order, but still.) And yet people are STILL talking about how it's wrong to "misgender" this horrifying person
I've just read about this sick vile pervert who looks nothing like a woman. He should be charged with rape surely?
Annoyingly if he goes to prison he will be sent to a women's prison where he'll be able to intimidate the other women prisoners.

Exactly, Olympics shouldn't be about what people want. If your dysphoria is apparently so bad that you can't handle playing in your own sex category I'd question if you're really suitable to be an elite athlete in the first place. I haven't caught up on any new developments in this story this morning, but it seems that he's been charged with incest because he admitted to "having sex with" his mother - but there needs to be further investigation to confirm that she couldn't consent. He is being held with further charges pending as they need the proof to be able to charge him with rape. Basically incest is all they could arrest him for at the time but he's 100% going to get slammed with breaking his court order for stealing from her, and most likely for rape.
In Virginia where he is, they do not put transgender people into their preferred gender prison unless they've had SRS so he will not be incarcerated with women, at least.

I find it really strange that the blue hair brigade are crying over people "misgendering" him. They're completely missing the point. Being trans doesn't absolve you of all criticism. My first thought went to his mother who has been put through this ordeal. I couldn't give two shits about his "gender".
