I signed up for the Francis diet, the one GC is doing. Sent my £120 in and he said he had a waiting list of 6 weeks. But if I paid £400 I could be put on the VIP list and get it that day.
Just a menu of no carbs low calorie food, which was the same for everyday for 2 weeks. Couldn't get hold of him after 2 weeks.

Why did you do that and not ask your local gym who would do the same thing and actually be there to respond and train you and ensure you are training correctly?

It is also extremely dangerous. A qualified gym trainer would spot any possible weaknesses and be able to advise appropriately. Same with diet. If you are doing anything which totally changes your eating regime you should first talk to your doctor and maybe have your bloods/heart/urine checked for any underlying problems.

Well no because I have different stuff going on and have been lucky enough to actually attend the surgery. I take your point though.
