I'd have more respect for her if she was actually honest with herself and her viewers, there's nothing wrong with weight loss surgeries, but when she's sat there acting like she's put all the time and effort in it pisses me off.

To me weight loss surgeries are quite problematic sometimes - let’s take Gobs for example, she never learned how to eat well and was never motivated to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle because instead she has surgeries over and over again. To keep the effect you need some mental changes too and work on your willpower and self control, emotional issues etc. Not to mention any surgery has a toll on your body. Imo it’s much better to lose weigh naturally (unless f.ex. we talk stretched skin removal etc. - there are cases in which no matter how hard you try you can’t do yourself, or morbid obesity and the quality of life). Still, Gobs promotes unhealthy standards and it’s extremely disgusting. Also sooner or later she’ll run out of money and won’t be able to cut off all the fat she’s accumulated again - what then?
