Here's the thing so I think changing one little thing is better than not at all to try to be more eco friendly even if it's just a little. However, with Gabs she told us she readily has a Starbucks available within WALKING distance and has shown plenty of reusable Starbucks cups. (Not sure if they're using them now but I would think most are.) If they aren't she surely could get her own stuff to make more than one Starbucks coffee and use her reusable cups. I guess on the plus side those who need the Uber gigs are definitely getting them if they're anywhere near Gabs.
