I understand comfort watching familiar tv series, there’s two or three shows I’ve watched right through more than twice over the years ( not Friends! ) but she’s literally watched Friends on a permanent loop for the past two or three years, whilst doing nothing else with her life, and it’s really really odd.

She would feel soooo much better if she just got out and about a bit. And not to Starbucks! Socialised a bit, made some new friends that she didn’t completely obsess over. Help out in the community. Give something back. Seek therapy (honestly, it’s the best thing most people who’ve done it have ever done. You just gotta find the right person for you.) Sometimes I feel so sorry for her, but not like awww pity. More like I really wish she could see her privilege and use it to her advantage. She must be so bloody miserable.
I like Friends, I’ve watched it since it was still airing on tv in the 90’s and I find it funny and relevant to the time in which it is set. I can watch it through all the seasons and pretty much know all of the jokes, quotes and words. However, I can’t imagine it being the only thing I ever watched on a loop. I actually question if she actually does this or if it is just to seem quirky and obsessed when she’s posting stories. I’m actually surprised that she hasn’t jumped on the ‘10 times Friends was SUPER problematic’ Buzzfeed bandwagon.
She has so little going on in her life I wonder what she’s doing with herself now that her threads have slowed right down? It was obvious she was reading here and feeding us stuff to talk about. She’s obviously not working, doesn’t have anyone to see…

I used to have friends on repeat, it was something of a comfort but I ended up using it for background noise to study or sleep to.
I’m watching old vlogs because I genuinely enjoyed watching her back in the day, before I saw what she was like on social media. She used to work for hours editing then take herself out for walks, and she’d talk about other creators. She doesn’t do anything now. I don’t feel bad for her though, it’s entirely her own fault for pushing people away and being a dick on Twitter lol
That being said, I’m not a video editing expert but it sounds like she spent hours working on editing something that only lasted a few seconds. Is that normal? I feel like she makes tasks harder than they need to be

She judges people for having velvet furnishings and yet she still hasn’t had the sense to fully retire the name ‘velvetgh0st’. That username was cringe even in 2013.
She can sneer at crushed velvet and grey when her home decor has even an ounce of originality and flair to it. She thinks she's better than them when she's practically copied and pasted her flat based on what other youtubers have.
