This is probably a bizarre question to ask, but has anyone ever packed in their suitcase a carton of dairy alternative milk when travelling overseas? Obviously shrink wrapped.
I’m intolerant to lactose and soya has the same affect on me.
We’re possibly going to the Caribbean next year and I’m already getting anxious about how my stomach is going to be while there as it’s happened before.
It sounds pathetic, but I want to be able to have a coffee every morning (not black, though) and I’m even considering packing a loaf of my dairy and gluten free bread as well.
I know in the grand scheme of things, it’s not major, but if you have intolerances yourself, you’ll understand you want to avoid the extreme bloating, and in my case, constipation!
Or is there anything I can take tablet or sachet wise that will settle my stomach?
Thanks.
