I reached out to Elle about sharing my story on the mums voice blog. I don’t want to give any details which would out me but my story is quite unusual and I would like to use it to help other people. I was basically told no the next blog series will only be BAME contributions (as I’ve only just discovered they exist ha ha!)

She’d be the classic ‘I can’t be racist, I featured a black person on my blog once!’ No real empathy or understanding.
She’s just detached from reality and the real every day world in every way possible, I think. Other people in her situation would have had to go back to work, get on with life fairly quickly. She’s not relatable or tolerable at all!
I think she’d be a better person if she had had to get back to real life, rather than pursuing Instagram fame. She could still have fund raised without the need for a profile for herself. Plenty of other people do it.
There’s nothing to rave about. She just does nothing. I really don’t know why she doesn’t just close it all down. I can’t see that book doing well either .Rave thread has gone quiet lol
Plugging Bump today, old one percenter. I would feel so guilty if I was using the Tommy’s logo and then just giving them 1%. I hope people buy second hand (if they are that desperate to read it) and donate the additional money they would have spent on a new one directly to Tommy’s. Still riveting content from Eleanor 
Elle really needs to duck off with her swipe up links and advertising businesses now, it’s obvious her account is defunct and she doesn’t give a tit about insta, why not just delete her account?
She’s got her inappropriately titled book to promote that’s why. Who else is gonna buy it apart from her followers? She hates insta, well she hates it when people aren’t kissing her a, but she also needs Insta. What’s a girl to do, especially when you are fake af?
She was one of my faves but I've had to unfollow. She isn't bothered by instagram, good for her, enjoy the baby. But shut it down if you are done with it. As others have said a thank you and goodbye post would have been better than to come back to flog the book, without any actual stories anymore
I’m amazed that she hasn’t stopped by this thread and left a long reply, like she has done on here previously.
Considering she said in her last condescending reply she insisted she was not doing any more books; I think anything she tried to justify would just make her look even more obnoxious than she already does!
She would have a nerve doing that bearing in mind the number of people who have spoken up and said how rude and insensitive she was to them when they contacted her. Also the shame of donating 1% to Tommy’s for the book and displaying their logo so prominently

yip, hate to say it but tommys will have been lucky to get fifty quid from the first book
That’s so awful. I think the amount being donated should be made clear on the book. It’s like the whole Selfish Mother thing all over again. A tiny amount going to charity on an overpriced product. People would be better off just donating.
