Tuna melt, is a good one, as is the old cheese toastie. When I lived at home my mum used to make Sunday supper butties with warm meat and stuffing on white, thick sliced, buttered bread with whichever sauce went with the meat, like mint or apple etc and they were always delicious, I really want one now

It's very close between pork and apple with crackling and chicken with stuffing. I think the pork sandwich just edges it though.

My absolute favourite (hot) sandwich, is actually a Panini, toasted, with Tomatoes, Prosciutto, and Pesto. I love it! I sometimes make it with Brie. Ham & Pesto ( or fresh basil )
I could eat it every day!!
